    There were a few stories of one being dropped on Melverly Grove, just off Kingstanding Road, passed Hawthorne but not found any evidence other than heresay.

    Was talking to my hubby the other week about the road sweeper. Do you know why he wore the gag. My mom's elderly neighbour back in the 80s told her that he was jilted on his wedding day and took to wearing that. Not sure if it was just idle gossip. which it probably was.

    Hi, i am wondering if this is my relatives? Was Tom's children? If so, there are newspaper articles relating to this. I also found out that a few weeks prior to this another couple of children drowned just up the river. I believe in relation to my relatives, the Coroner recorded an open verdict.
