Yes that is right. The family were there from the death in 1915 at least until 1934. Thank you. I think those employment records are my only key to unlocking key information. Thanks for your help!
He is down as a bachelor so definitely unmarried. I suppose people did lie but he was down as aged 45 years and 3 months. I know the census date from the national archives is 19 June 1921: that means he must have been born mid march onwards of the content is true.

Thanks, his Father was Joseph Jones, deceased by 1920 and a railway foreman (but that could have been in Llandrindod). Yes his age is accurate to both the documents. Albert Joseph Jones is on both the census and marriage certificate so the full name is consistent.

Thank you yes, I have the address, his employment at Wolseley and his Father’s name. But nothing earlier ties up conclusively in records. It is a very common surname. They should be open now if they exist. They probably don’t! But I have to try.
