    I was actually looking for a remarriage and knew it should be under the name Hancock. So finding the death was an utter surprise and bonus.

    Just checked the ERs and Charlotte's sister Harriet (Adams) lived at 14 Vernon Road from at least 1912 until 1939.

    On the 1889 map the house that is now no. 14 is the only one then on Vernon Road.
