    William F Lloyd - Walsall Central Police Station ~1900s-1930s

    The building is still there in Goodall Street, at the back of the Guildhall. It was restored as part of the Guildhall complex in the 1980s and was then used as a shopping hall and latterly an Italian restaurant. Like much of Walsall town centre, it looks to be in a sorry state again now.
