Thank you MarianPatricia, I had forgotten about Miss Pickavance, but had remembered Miss Henner in the infants and Mrs Driver in Primary school. I was in the school choir and she was the choir mistress. I left Kings Heath School in 1960 and went on to Moseley Grammar School.
I am trying to find out more about Diecastings Ltd in Highgate Square. My father worked there in the late 50’s early 60’s and later moved to Alcan in Handsworth. Any information would be welcome.
