Born and raised in South Yardley.
Moved to Streetly, then to Sutton Coldfield.
Concluded my education at Birmingham Polytechnic, then worked in the centre of Brum for many years.
I have moved away now and reside in Staffordshire.
The accent has never left me and I so enjoy coming back to Brum every so often.
The threads that I have found so far on the forum have brought back some very happy memories of my childhood spent in Brum.
