    I would assume so. Leslie Carswell remarried in 1947 (I have sent off for this marriage cert to see how he stated his marital status i.e. single/divorced). Eveline went to London sometime during the 1940's. Bob her son doesn't remember when as he had been evacuated around 1942. I don't know who...

    Hi Sue - Thanks for that. The site gives me her death but no marriage. A cousin of mine has researched using an American records site. I personally don't think she married him, but took his name. Thanks for your help - Debby
