    Aston Fire Station: Just turned out of the Canteen 1931

    This is simply amazing. We have no pictures of him. 1901 census says he was a fireman and also including through WW2. I have no idea how you found a photo - but thank you so so much.

    My great grandfather was Charles Banks and worked in Aston fire service in the 1920’s and 1930’s - does anyone have any photos at all please?
