    That's right Janice. His name was Frederick Flower - sometimes recorded as Flowers. I was guessing something like South Birmingham Canasta and Bridge? I've tried all sorts of things to find out more, but it's been all blanks so far.

    All I have of my granddad (who I never met) is a small medallion with SBCW - League runners up 1931-32. It's clearly related to a card league of some sort. Just wondering if anyone here is able to shed some light on it?
