My GG GF James Hamer died of general inanition in the carriage way on Hill St. I see Hill St near the rail station. Does anyone have any thoughts on where the carriage way might have been. Thanks
My grandfather Frederick Desmond Andrews (1904-1992) was in charge of an RAF support group during WW2.
He is the one sitting cross legged front centre.
He lived in Kidderminster and was stationed at various locales during the war including Birmingham and Sutton Coldfield.

Thanks very much for posting all the pics. Just found a reference showing my great great grandfather, James Dempster Short, as publican at the Beehive in 1900 followed in 1901 at the Aston Tavern. Seems he got around.
I beleive that Dan Rolyat was the brother of my great gran Winifred Taylor. Does anyone know if any of his descendants are still alive as I would like to correspond with them.
