    Well I think it was 1962 - 1965 as I was an apprentice and had just got my driving licence and was saving for a deposit for our 1st house. I also worked at their petrol station on Shortheath Rd near to Streetly Rd junction where Wheelers wood yard is now. How about you?

    Jennyann the plaza cinema was on the opposite side of the road to the Stockland pub on the corner of Streetly Rd and Marsh lane.

    No it was a Tarmac track, had many happy hours riding and watching top riders race on the track.
