There is no Kelly's record of The Saddlers Arms up to 1921, first record is 1932 but I have no access to Kelly's between these dates.

The William Siddons from the article in post #6 is named in 1880 directory and on 1881 census as a beer retailer on Aldridge Road.

Certainly the Saddlers is not specifically marked on the 25 inch 1913 map, but is marked on the similar, but incomplete 1938 map
