I used to live on Witton lane (No 40) with my mum Mrs grey between 1970-1980 ish I remember the access to the houses were at the back via a side entry
There was a handyman on our road called Mr Dangerfield (a right bodger) he always had to come back to re-do stuff he'd bodged first time round

Actually during my days at the “comp” the teachers were quite tough like..

plus you were told to climb to the top of the gym wall bars, and whilst hanging there a certain teacher would pull your dangling legs out and let them go...
Yeh I remember...cause I lived at the very bottom of holte road with my mom..when the shop was there I came in quite often, and mom went to the church up the road..(Mrs Grey)=
