  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

My Grandfather, Arthur John Walker, is 3rd from the left in the 3rd row. A full list of Directors and Employees is printed on the back of the souvenir programme:

Browsing on the Forum, as you do, and came across this post [very interesting] & remembered seeing quite a description of the factory on the urban exploration site called "28 Days Later".

This site has lots of stuff on old Birmingham buildings & factories. Free to use but need to register [free] to use search function. I find the site fascinating.
