Where is it, outside Birmingham #9

looks like a church behind the ruins so hopefully not too hard to put a name to it providing its still standing....nice photo
 
Could it be New Place in Stratford - the garden on which Shakespeare's old house once was? It's on Chapel Lane so I guess there must have been a church nearby?

There are many ruins and not all that Cromwell had a part in.
This reminds me of Berry Pomeroy Castle near Totnes.
 
Heather Hall seems to more to the right than the previous picture. It was subject to a fire in 1938, and the picture taken by my uncle around 1970 it looks worse for wear. From the Google Earth picture it looks as if has much altered ?
