My Guess would be sometime in the 1920's...

That "sharra" seems to have pneumatic tyres. (I've yet to google when that type of tyre came in).

Yeah, I would say 20s also. A young Norah Batty in front and her would be boy friend standing up behind in the ratting cap. Loved the Summer Wine.

Nah, all can sit. The entrance doors were all down the side so seating would be 5 abreast at least, no centre isle. So counting 2 passengers in line with the driver...about 27 seats maybe.

All joking aside, there are some very smartly dressed men in that picture and looking at the way they're standing, they must be ex-servicemen.
