Hi

Does anyone know what Upfill Buildings were. It is on my great grandparents marriage certificate in 1904.

Was it a workhouse?

Not much help to you, but a search of the 1904 Kellys showed Charles Upfill Jagger, solicitors, . Never come across it before. He didn't work in Upfill buildings though

A 'Mary A Upfill' appears in several of the censuses, living in the Edgbaston area.

Thanks for your help. The only info I could find was a bit about the Mary Upfill's charity as well.
