I go back to Nechells every now and again to see my friends, it's where I grew up. Last weekend I went in to the Foaming Tankard, a pub that was quite prominent in my youth. It's pretty much the same in the bar, apart from the ubiquitous pool table, I use to use the lounge but it's now closed in the day.
I went to the toilet! as you do, it was like going back in time 30 years, it's exactly the same, I must have stood and looked at the same cream speckled tiles 30 years ago, the memories that visit brought back!!
 
Time warp Mk2

For a real time warp go to the 'Woodman' in Curzon St, absolutely nothing has changed there, I still think it's the same roll of loo paper.
