Whitehouse family from Rowley Regis pre 1812.

I have started again after many years, to trace my wife's family tree, the Whitehouse family in Rowley Regis & Blackheath, I visited the Smethwick record library many years ago but the parish records there for St Giles Rowley Regis do not start before 1812. I know they are held at Sandwell Community Centre, but now living in Devon its not possible to get there. Does anyone know if the parish records for St Giles Rowley Regis are on Ancestry before I join.? Grateful for any info. Thanks.

FreeReg looks to have a fairly good coverage for St Giles, Rowley Regis.
