New one?? ~It's the old one with the roof taken off and a new coat of copper outside (how long before that gets nicked?) and a newer interior décor.
Very pretty, but how practical in the pouring rain or snow?

And the reason?
Well, you don't pay Rates on open ground - so no roof = no rates. I suppose the money they save will pay for the prettiness over the next decade or two.
