People who knew Streetly and Little Aston in the war years and later might be interested in this group image and all its associated names. The photograph has only recently come to light and shows members of the Streetly and Little Aston Home Guard platoon in early 1943 who had been responsible for the defence of the area for almost three years since June 1940. Shortly after the photograph was taken many of these men were moved to anti-aircraft duties in and around Birmingham.
