Quite a bit of this is taken up with off topic posts It would be helpful in future if members could keep their posts relevant to the thread Title, those that are not will be deleted. Thanks.

    Can you help?

Birmingham-based theatre company, Women & Theatre, are delivering a heritage research project in partnership with Birmingham Hippodrome and the Royal Regiment Fusiliers Museum (Royal Warwickshire). We are working with a group of young men to create an original piece of drama exploring the experiences of World War One recruits from Birmingham. We are collating research to help us develop the performance piece, and we'd love your help!

We are particularly interested in stories from the Birmingham-based battalions of the Royal Warwickshire Regiments. Was a member of your family recruited from Birmingham? Do you have stories that have been passed down through your family, or photos from the period?

Come and share your memories with us at the PWC room, Birmingham Hippodrome on Saturday 14 December anytime between 2-5pm.
