  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

On my way home from work this morning, I stopped in the lay-by at Frankley Beeches to take a few early morning photos and came across this memorial to Stanley Edge, who helped design the Austin 7 at a very young age.
I daresay it's common knowledge, but it's the first time I've seen it.

I also stumbled on this today whilst trying to take a photo of the city. Can anyone tell me why this memorial is sited down this scruffy bank in the hedge! Such a shame that it is surrounded by fly tipped rubbish.
