depending on what month rose was born have you tried finding her on the1891 census...if she was born after that census was taken hopefully she will be on the 1901 and the 1911 census....moved this thread to the appropriate section of the forum
On the 1891 census there is a daughter Rose with Samuel and Harriet aged 0 and there is a Rose Alice Harris registered Mar 1891 Aston with mmn listed as Clements.
So it's possible that they are both Samuel and Harriet's daughters and Rose Alice died before Rose was born, not uncommon to have the same name. However can't see a death for a Rose Alice though there's a death registered for a Rosie Dec qtr 1891 Aston, aged 0. And there is a possible death for the second Rose, Mar qtr 1893 Aston.
