POPPY FIELDS IN KIDDERMINSTER

Some lovely photos, they are magnificent to see. I remember when at Cambridge visiting friends in the Isle of Ely, many fields there had poppies. I understand that poppies thrive in recently tilled soil. I have areas of pink ones here, whilst they have a lovely large head they are not as attractive at the red version.

They are beautiful. We used to live quite close to there when we were first married. Beautiful ones in between Kidderminster and Stourport too.
