Odd Sketch/Drawing on the 1881 Census

I thought I would post this as it is the first time I have ever seen a census sheet with a drawing on the page. Begs more questions than answers in terms of when it appeared on the return. I like to think that the enumerator was having 'a moment.'

Yes, I've come across this particular page before whilst researching Ladywood. Some bored clerk no doubt!
