A drawing of an aerial view of the Bracebridge Street factory from a Norton catalogue of the 1930s. Viv.

This is my Velo outside the factory entrance around 2007. You can see the plaque was there then and the factory still in use. I was one of the huge convoy from the NMM in 1998 on my Norton Commando 850. A very moving and appropriate event.

The plaque as said is now in the NMM and the factory is semi derelict.

I no longer have the Velo but have returned to my roots with a 1952 Norton ES2 which came from the factory. Now undergoing a rolling restoration.
