Do not pass over these poems if of Christ we do write,
Do not shun our words when you read He is our light.
For they are words of the poets who have much to say,
Whose wish is to speak of their savior in a poetical way.
Poems are songs of the heart and a prayer to our savior
Offered in thanks for His love, His kindness and favour.
Do not pass over our words said in humility and are true
To the God we glory and are written for us and for you.
We cannot leave you, out who we esteem our dear friend,
Therefore, we call on His name and our poem we do send
To our Lord and Master who’s blessing we so oft do owe it,
Our heart felt thanks and our gratitude that we are His poet.
