Newtown Row Fire

Has anyone any information on a fire at a paint or printing premises, in Newtown Row,where at least two women were burnt to death. They were both relatives of my mother.
Looking at my family tree it must have been after 1919 but before 1939, as my mother is sure it wasn't a WW2 event.
