Key Hill cemetery

My great grandfather bought a plot (vault) in the1870s which we still own. There was a marker, either headstone or flat stone, not certain which and this is no longer visible. I wish to have a headstone raised up, but as I live in Devon do not know of a stonemason who operate in Key Hill cemetery. Suggestions please.

In addition, as can be seen in the picture, the headstone next to our plot has fallen. I understand there is a procedure where one can apply to raise a headstone that belongs to somebody else. Is this correct?

Trust somebody can help, sincerely, Peter

Some years ago I had a gravestone raised and repaired in Warstone Lane Cemetery, the expense was worth it. (Hilliar family gravestone). The receipt is filed away somewhere but if you contact the Jewellery Quarter Research trust they might be able to help you as it is a specialised trade. Key Hill is a non -comformist cemetery so I don't think you will need permission from the Bishop.
