The archive of the above, once only available online to subscribers of some libraries, is now available to anyone who can claim to live in UK (tick box on front page) at http://johnjohnson.chadwyck.co.uk/home.do . I assume it only works if you have UK internet address. It is a mixed bag, on the booktrade, entertainment (including many display bills), advertisements and crimes and murders. You can search using a number of separate subjects. Birmingham gives a lot of hits (Cadbury cococlub at http://johnjohnson.chadwyck.co.uk/s...Number=4&ItemID=20071016095136kg&PageNumber=1 ) but most cases seem to mention it in one word, like publisher. Better searching than my initial efforts might produce more useful info)
