Seeking information on Louis Jackson (b.Birmingham, year?) Served with 2nd Battalion Worcestershire Regiment and died of wounds 4th November 1914 (Pte. 7368 Louis Jackson).

Hi both,

Thanks for replies. I have the details from CWGC site just hoping to more info on Louis. His service records are not on Ancestry so can only assume they got destroyed in the German air raid of 1940.

Tried looking on Free BDM as well but struggled to find a birth that would match, no death listed either but not sure how their records cover WW1. What info are you looking for family or service records or both?
