Infirmary Block Selly Oak Hospital

Hello, not sure if this is the right area to post this, but can anyone help me please?

I've just received the death certificate for my 2 x great grandfather and in the section where it says when and where died it says I.B. Raddle Barn Road, Selly Oak. I know the Selly Oak Hospital is in Raddle Barn Road, but what does the I.B. stand for?

Many thanks

I believe Selly Oak was previously known as Kings Norton Union Workhouse opening in 1870. The infirmary was built in 1897 and accommodated up to 250 patients.
