No wonder it did not have parking problems back then , the Traffic Wardens had anti tank guns, " That your tank guvnor? You had better shift it quick ". It is amazing how much has been saved of the damaged buildings. In Britain they knocked them all down and built concrete monsters that within twenty years looked worse than the ruins they replaced.
