  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

I have found an address for a property, 35 Holly Road, Oldbury, and have found that it was to be sold at auction in 1988 at the Midland Hotel, Birmingham by Dixons. Does anyone know if there is anyway of finding anything out about the property please?

Have you thought to contact Dixons to see what they can tell you. Just a thought.

The house was sold on 30 June 2006 for £139,950, but a Land Registry search (not free) would tell you more perhaps.

The original auction was listed in the Sandwell Evening Mail 18 December 1987 as LOT 2, but no other entries for this address.
