My Grandmothers first husband died in 1919. His address at that time was Birchfield Road Handsworth. His name was Charles Bickley Best. Which cemetery would he have been buried in do you think?
Thank you
Jan

I would say as a guess...Witton Cemetery which would only be a mile or two from where your Charles lived.....?, you might be able to email them if you have the date of his death, they are very good in replying....

I would say Witton too, I use to to live just off of Birchfield Rd and alot of people from around the area were buried in Witton.
