  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

Sorry Lyn. Yes, Florence Gertrude baptised 1 May 1907, Tipton.

There are a number of other Smith/Downing children registered in Dudley from 1901 but no way to tell if they are Sydney and Ellen's.

Lots of information for me which i didn't have before, still a bit of mystery there but lots for me to mull over.

so does the bapt of florence gertrude say parents sydney and ellen and was she bapt a downing or smith...just trying to be clear as i cant find that bapt yet... :rolleyes:
