One of my relatives was killed while working at the Gas works, his name was Harry Turner and it happened in circa 1947 - 1948 does anyone have any information about this or do you remember it ???

Obituaries found in Local Studies,at Birmingham Library which are in the form of News Cuttings or Old Newspapers on Microfilm.  If there was an lnquest then you may be able to obtain a copy of the report. (this may depend on how close a relation they were to you.) Wish you the Best Of Luck.
l had luck there so l know you may have a chance it will work.

You can ask directly for the Coroners Newsclippings, just give them a range of dates and they furnish you with the books.
