Edgbaston High School for Girls

Presumably this is King Edward VI High School for Girls which moved from New Street to Edgbaston in 1940. A very highly-regarded independent secondary school for girls in Birmingham.

Dave. It seems to still be operating as Edgbaston High School, well at least until the 1990s. The school moved from Hagley Road to Westbourne Road in 1962. Viv.

Edgbaston High School for Girls still exists on Westbourne Road. It is where Malala Yousafzai completed her schooling.
King Edward's school is on Edgbaston Park Road. Two totally separate schools.
