Flooring doesn’t look like a pub carpet ! Not patterned to camouflage beer stains (and not sticking to your shoes). Maybe it was a large function room attached to a pub. Viv.
 
could be a pub with an upstairs function room...has windows and nets and looks like curtains drawn back and a stage to the right in fact an identical layout to the upstairs function room of the crown inn villa st where i grew up...spent many hours up there as i was friends with the landlords grandaughter...
