  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

Back at the very beginning of February this year, I posted a newspaper cutting in the "Birmingham 150 years Ago" thread on a court case Fitzgerald v Northcote which arose through events at Oscott college. Unfortunately it was one of the posts that was lost in the crash this year, but the proceedings were published and, for those to whom it might be of interest, have just been added to the Internet Archive at https://archive.org/details/ReportOfProceedingsInThe
