  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

hi folks i wonder if by looking at the car in this photo if anyone could give a rough date that it was taken...quite by chance when looking for a photo for another member i came across harringtons butchers shop which was run by my uncle dennis...many thanks i know its not the best of photos

thanks all...so we have a time scale between the early and late 80s and possibly a ford cortina or escort...shame we cant see the number plate but that time scale fits in with when my uncles had a couple of butchers shops along ladypool road and also at anderton road

Pete, you must have miss out matey, I had go faster stripes, go faster exhaust pipe, go faster seat covers, go faster spot lamps, go faster wiper blades, go faster wing mirrors, go faster vacuum gauge, go faster oil gauge, go faster wheels nuts…..

Looks like an L reg at beginning (possibly a Nissan/Datson Bluebird estate), which would be 1994

I'm sorry I thought the caption on the photo would upload with it. On Phils original photo the caption reads "Ladypool Rd Studley St corner 2000" hope this helps, John.
