On the right hand side of the picture, just above the white gate posts there is a large building in the background which I took to be trees at first. I think this is the orphanage - not very clear but it's the only building in the area large enough to fit. This would mean that your location is right. I can't find a photo from this angle and I think the tower is out of sight.
