In the 1896 Kelly's there are two Canada works, the first Levetus Bros, jewellers at 47, Vittoria St, the other Hodkinson and Co , lift and shutter manufacturers at Herbert Rd. In 1921 there is only one canada works, at Herbert Rd, but this is now occupied by Steel & Screw Co Ltd, so i think this is the one you are looking for. Looking at the listings no number for the works or any of a group of four factories is given, but it is on the south western side of the street, after the crossing with Jenkins St, and it is the last factory in the un-numbered group, so i think it reasonable to assume it is the fcatory marked in blue in the attached 1903 map. Looking at google there appears to be an oldish building still there about opposite parliament st, but the site of the works looks demolished and empty.
