can anyone tell me where I could find information about what teams played in "The Football Chall. Sheild" in 1905, 1906, 1907. I have aquired 3 medals, two of them being the winners of this sheild and one the runners up. They were all awarded to the same person. On the other side of the medals it says "A sound mind in a sound body".
Thanks for the help :)

loisThere a lot of Challage Shiels & Cups in British Football.

What was the Players full name on the Medals? it could help, you know me and my Football:D

Hi Alf, the name on the medals are E.ASTON or its EASTON, my eyes are going, it looks as though there is a dot between the E and Aston. Thanks for your help

Hi Alf, the wording is "A sound mind in a sound body" with a wreath of laurel leaves around it. Sorry it took so long to reply....my brain is not in synch with my postings....Thankyou :)
