  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

I was a member of a Birmingam cycling club that had Tommy Godwin as president, and we put forward a request that Tommy Godwin should be awarded a knighthood as the best Birmingham bike racer ever. I made myself very unpopular by saying that Graham Webb was the best as he won a World Championship ! And there has been other equally succesfull Brummy bike racers; Mick Bennet (Olympic Bronze) Stan Jones(Tour de Frnace rider) Bob Maitland(Tour de France rider, British champion)
