Wallace Bowen born 1849 Birmingham son of Jonas and Mary Ann Bowen. Married Harriet Kiss 1881 Solihull I have records for him till 1888 a silversmith with Jonas Bowen and sons at 30 Summer Row this is the last record I can find. Has any one got any record of this person in their research even his death would be very much appreciated. Thank you for taking time to read my request.

There are two mentions of him in the birmingham post. The first is of the birth of a daughter in 1885. Nothing new there, but the second is of a son in natal in 1891 . As the mother is described as his wife, it is reasonable to think he is still alive, presumably in natal .

Thank you so much for your help Mike I will have to see if I can find emigration details for this family. Once again thank you.

Hi Mike with the information you gave me I have been able to find a connection on Ancestry for Wallace Bowen and his family. So thank you again as your help solved what had happened to that part of the Bowen Family.
