Black Country Museum Appeal

The BCM looks a fascinating place, though I haven't visited it yet. A lot of outdoor scenes for the BBC's WPC56 were filmed there and it gave a realistic 1950s feel to the police drama.

hi ray if you have not been yet its a must in my opinion...i go about 5 times a year and the fish and chips are out of this world:) i shall be going to the xmas traditional evening event this year...all 4 nights sold out within days but they do have other themed xmas events with tickets still available such as christmas on the home front..apart from WPC56 quite a lot of the peaky blinders tv series was shot there..
