For several months I have been unable to view Birmingham TV on Ch 7. I seem to remember it started as BigCentreTV on Ch 8 but retuning the TV brings it up in the list on CH 7 although I get a No Signal notice. Can any of you still receive it? There were some quite interesting programmes, especially the trips round Brum.

hi jukebox i can get it ok...but a few months back i think a notice came up to retune my tv which i did.. not sure if that will be any help to you

Thanks Lyn. It was after the notice to retune (which I did) that it stopped working! I guess the signal may be weaker than before or my aerial in the loft has fallen over! Will have to investigate. John

I had been getting the " no signal" notice on Freeview so I re-tuned and now it's gone altogether. I haven't checked on "Sky."
Apparently "Sewing Quarter" on Freeview needs re-tuning tomorrow also.
rosie.

Interesting facts behind this station, forgive me if this has been mentioned previously. It was broadcast from the college studio in the back of the old market, in Walsall. It had a chequered history, but some decent re-run programmes, mostly from the wonderful Perry Archive, Crossroads being one. Then Perry & Prince parted company, and the station seemed to lose it's momentum. Now, it operates (as far as I can see) as Bristol or Cardiff interest transmissions. Really odd set-up.
