May have been done before, but anyone remember the bumper/dodgem boats on the pier at Llandudno? Went back a few years ago and took some old photos, and my wife and I visted the places where the photos were taken, amongst them the drinking fountain at Happy Valley, West Shore, the bandstand, and the hotel opposite which used to be called The Commodore (Think it's St Kilda now). I was truly amazed how little these places had changed. The trip brought make some very fond memories

Smashing photo brings back memories. I still love to visit Llandudno as you say little has changed. I always go and visit the ancestors as well at the little white church on the Great Ormes_Churchyard.jpg.

The drinking fountain on the east side of the Gret Orme. Have a photo in 1955 and another in 2005 with me drinking out of it. Still the same, except it was a bit rustier in 2005.
